Puzhen Life LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is the actual developer and operator of the Puzhen Life app (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The network services provided by this platform are offered in a combination of free and paid formats. Users must become registered users of this platform before purchasing membership and automatic renewal services. To protect your rights and interests, please read all the contents of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before purchasing membership and automatic renewal services.
Please be reminded to carefully read all the following contents. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please do not proceed with confirmation or use services under this Agreement. When you confirm acceptance of this Agreement or start using services under this Agreement, it indicates that the user and the platform have reached an agreement relationship, and you voluntarily accept and comply with all service terms, membership and automatic renewal service agreements, and privacy policies of the platform.
Part of the audio and video services provided by the App require users to subscribe to membership before use. The main content of the membership service includes but is not limited to:
Users must activate the membership service before using it by following the specific process and paying the required fees as per the information provided by the App. The service fee is based on the price displayed on the membership service page of the App at the time of user activation. Once activated, the fee is non-refundable.
After activating monthly or annual membership, the service period is respectively 31 calendar days or 366 calendar days. After the service period ends, the exclusive membership benefits will be automatically canceled.

The Company reserves the right to adjust the content of membership services as needed for business development. In the event of changes to the service, they will be announced on the App. Users who do not accept the changed service content may choose to terminate the use of membership services.
By using this service, users agree that the Company may collect, store, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with the privacy policy. For details, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" page of the App.
If a user violates the provisions of this Agreement, the Company has the right to take measures such as suspending or terminating the service, and the user shall bear legal responsibilities for their breach. If the user's breach causes losses to the Company, the user shall also be liable for compensation.
The copyright of this Agreement belongs to Puzhen Life LLC, and all rights of interpretation and modification are reserved.
This Agreement is governed by local laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the Company's domicile for resolution.
The Company's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver, and the exercise of any part of the rights does not exclude the exercise of other rights.
